Our Story
UNA is a romantic Spanish restaurant that takes diners into the heart of Spain through authentic, contemporary cuisine. Housed at Level 2 of The Alkaff Mansion, we pay homage to the age-old heritage of Spanish gastronomy with an innovative menu that marries signature delicacies from different regions of Spain.
Our menu features quintessentially Spanish delicacies of tapas, paellas, and parrilla grill specialties, guided by the culinary vision of Executive Chef Tom Kung and Michelin-starred Culinary Advisor Chef Diego Grimberg.
